Refund & Milestone Policy

1. Milestone-Based Protection
We structure our commercial agreements around transparent milestones (e.g., Initial Deposit, Wireframe & Architecture Approval, Functional Beta, and Final Production Handover). Clients only pay for milestones that meet agreed acceptance criteria.
2. Completed & Approved Deliverables
Once a sprint deliverable or project milestone is approved by the client, funds allocated to that milestone are deemed earned and non-refundable, as they correspond to engineering hours, architectural design, and infrastructure deployment already executed.
3. Project Cancellation & Unspent Retainers
In the event a client chooses to terminate an engagement prior to project completion, billing is finalized strictly based on the engineering effort completed up to the cancellation notice. Any unspent advance retainer for future unfinished sprints will be refunded within 10 business days.
4. Technical Remediation & Audit
If any deliverable fails to satisfy the agreed functional specifications in the SOW, ProgVision will perform code remediation and revision cycles at no additional charge until the deliverable passes quality verification.
