1. Operational Scope & Engagement Terms
By engaging ProgVision for website development, mobile application engineering, AI automation, or cybersecurity audits, the client agrees to the delivery milestones and technical terms established in the signed Scope of Work (SOW) or invoice agreement.
2. Standard Inclusions, Revisions & Delivery
Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, website packages include 3 to 4 structured iteration rounds. An iteration round is defined as one consolidated batch of client feedback that our engineers implement and return for review.
Standard offers include a free starter web address (e.g. web.app or vercel.app), configuration of client-owned custom domains, and free lifetime cloud hosting under standard tier resource allowances. For complete clause terms, see our Pricing & Offer Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Confidentiality
Upon full settlement of agreed project dues, 100% ownership of custom source code, design assets, and database schemas created for the client transfers to the client. ProgVision guarantees absolute confidentiality of client business metrics, internal data, and customer contacts. Source code repositories are private by default. 4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ProgVision guarantees code quality adhering to industry standards (WCAG AA accessibility, mobile responsiveness, OWASP top 10 security verification). We provide post-launch support and walkthrough training as defined in each client agreement. ProgVision is not liable for business interruptions caused by upstream third-party service outages (e.g., cloud provider disruptions, AI model API downtime, or client DNS misconfigurations).
